Return and Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Authorizations Numbers must be assigned for any return to be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to compensate for the costs associated with shipping, inspections, and packing materials, we have implemented a 15% restocking fee on all eligible returns. This policy helps us maintain the high quality of our products and offset the expenses incurred during the return process.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. It is also recommended that the customer adds insurance to the product in case of unforeseeable events such as lost or damaged items during transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide proof of damage by sending us photos at returns@tmgamerica.com
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of arrival.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
